The Communication Arts Magnet Program at Hilton Elementary provides first through fifth graders with a comprehensive, well-balanced academic program which focuses on broad reading, writing, and communication skills.  As an extension of this program, we will offer Foreign Language Exploratory (FLEX) for students in grades 2-5.

Students will establish a solid foundation in the English language with an emphasis on reading, writing, and oral and visual communications.
